Dolores Santos is an industry veteran with more than 40 years of experience selling fuel to customers in a wide array of industries. Dolores has managed the fuel books for a number of key industry suppliers, including Flyers/Nella Oil, where she managed a $1 billion/year fuel book. Dolores has also worked for Wickland Oil and Southern Counties Fuels in a career that has taken her from being a cashier at a service station to the head of operations and supply. Dolores joined OPIS in 2012, and currently works closely with the OPIS Education group on educating fuel buyers and sellers on the intricacies of buying fuel in these complicated U.S. markets. In addition, Dolores is universally recognized in the industry as being the “go to” person to explain the complexities of RFS and CAR.
